«Орхезография», «Оркезография» (фр. Orchsographie) — сочинение о танце французского композитора Туано Арбо. Полное название — L’Orchsographie et traict en forme de dialogue par lequel toutes personnes peuvent facilement apprendre & practiquer l’honneste exercice des dances («Орхезография — трактат о танце в форме диалога, с помощью которого каждый может легко изучить благородное искусство танца и практиковаться в нём»).

Книга была опубликована в Лангре под именем Туано Арбо — анаграммой-псевдонимом автора (Жан Табуро) в 1589 году, за шесть лет до его смерти.
Содержание
Трактат написан в форме диалога между учителем и молодым учеником. В отличие от итальянских аналогов, эта книга не предназначалась для модной светской аудитории, поэтому можно допустить, что трактат даёт нам точное представление о танцевальной культуре XVI века. Автор не делает разницы между социальными и постановочными танцами, приводит много описаний народных танцев, а также обычаев и манер сельских жителей, любопытных подробностей о местной географии и легендах.
Книга содержит и другие темы: защита танца и раздражение по отношению к кальвинистским реформаторам, которые танец порицали. В защиту танца автор ссылается на классическую и библейскую литературу и работы современников.
Арбо подчёркивает роль танца в жизни общества.
