Ôóíêöèÿ
Ïðîòåèíêèíàçà MAP3K5/ASK1 èãðàåò ðîëü âî âðîæä¸ííîì èììóíèòåòå. Îïîñðåäóåò ïåðåíîñ ñèãíàëà îò ðàçëè÷íûõ èíäèêàòîðîâ êëåòî÷íîãî ñòðåññà, âêëþ÷àÿ îêñèäàòèâíûé ñòðåññ, è îò ðåöåïòîð-çàâèñèìûõ ñèãíàëîâ, òàêèõ êàê ÔÍÎ è ëèïîïîëèñàõàðèä. Ïîñëå àêòèâàöèè MAP3K5 äåéñòâóåò íà àêòèâàòîðû ñèãíàëüíûõ êàñêàäîâ MKK/JNK è p38 MAPK, ôîñôîðèëèðóÿ è ñòèìóëèðóÿ íåñêîëüêî MAP2K, òàêèå êàê MAP2K4/SEK1, MAP2K3/MKK3, MAP2K6/MKK6 è MAP2K7/MKK7. Ýòè MAP2K â ñâîþ î÷åðåäü àêòèâèðóþò ïðîòåèíêèíàçû êëàññîâ p38 MAPKs è JNK, êîòîðûå êîíòðîëèðóþò ôàêòîð òðàíñêðèïöèè AP-1.
