Èíäóöèðóåìûé êîñòèìóëÿòîð T-ëèìôîöèòîâ, èëè CD278, (àíãë. Inducible T-cell costimulator, ICOS), — êëåòî÷íûé ðåöåïòîð, èììóíîëîãè÷åñêàÿ êîíòðîëüíàÿ òî÷êà, ïðîäóêò ãåíà ÷åëîâåêà ICOS[5][6][7]. ßâëÿåòñÿ ðåöåïòîðîì ëèãàíäà ICOSLG.
CD278, èëè ICOS, îòíîñèòñÿ àê ñóïåðñåìåéñòâó CD28, â êîòîðîå âõîäÿò ìîëåêóëû, ýêñïðåññèðóåìûå íà àêòèâèðîâàííûõ T-ëèìôîöèòîâ. Ñ÷èòàåòñÿ, ÷òî ýòîò ðåöåïòîð èãðàåò îñîáåííî âàæíóþ ðîëü íà Ò-õåëïåðàõ[8][9].
Ôóíêöèè
CD278 âõîäèò â ñåìåéñòâî êëåòî÷íûõ ðåöåïòîðîâ CD28 è CTLA-4. Îáðàçóåò ãîìîäèìåð è èãðàåò âàæíóþ ðîëü â ìåæêëåòî÷íîé ïåðåäà÷å ñèãíàëà, èììóííîì îòâåòå è ðåãóëèðîâàíèè êëåòî÷íîé ïðîëèôåðàöèè[7].
