CD3e (àíãë. T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 epsilon chain) — òðàíñìåìáðàííûé áåëîê ñåìåéñòâà ãëèêîïðîòåèíîâ CD3, ëîêàëèçîâàííûõ íà ïîâåðõíîñòè T-ëèìôîöèòîâ. Ïðîäóêò ãåíà ÷åëîâåêà CD3E, ðàñïîëîæåí íà 11-é õðîìîñîìå[5][6].

Ôóíêöèè
×àñòü ìóëüòèìîëåêóëÿðíîãî êîìïëåêñà TCR-CD3 íà ïîâåðõíîñòè T-ëèìôîöèòîâ, èãðàþùåãî êëþ÷åâóþ ðîëü â ïðèîáðåò¸ííîì èììóíèòåòå. Êîãäà àíòèãåíïðåäñòàâëÿþùèå êëåòêè àêòèâèðóþò TCR, ñèãíàë ïåðåíîñèòñÿ ÷åðåç ìåìáðàíó ïîëèïåïòèäíûìè öåïÿìè ðåöåïòîðíîãî êîìïëåêñà CD3: CD3D (-öåïü), CD3E (-öåïü), CD3G (-öåïü) è CD3Z (-öåïü). Âñå ýòè öåïè ñîäåðæàò àêòèâèðóþùèå ITAM-ìîòèâû â ñâîèõ öèòîïëàìàòè÷åñêèõ äîìåíàõ. Ïîñëå àêòèâàöèè ðåöåïòîðà ITAM-ìîòèâû ôîñôîðèëèðóþòñÿ òèðîçèíêèíàçàìè LCK è FYN ñåìåéñòâà Src, ÷òî ïðèâîäèò ê àêòèâàöèè äàëüíåéøåãî ñèãíàëüíîãî êàñêàäà[7].[8]. Êðîìå ýòîãî, CD3E èãðàåò êëþ÷åâóþ ðîëü â íîðìàëüíîì ðàçâèòèè T-ëèìôîöèòîâ. Èíèöèèðóåò ñáîðêó êîìïëåêñà TCR-CD3, îáðàçóÿ ãåòåðîäèìåðû CD3D/CD3E è CD3G/CD3E. Ó÷àñòâóåò â èíòåðíàëèçàöèè ðåãóëÿöèè ìåìáðàííîãî êîìïëåêñà ïîñðåäñòâîì ýíäîöèòîçà, àêòèâèðóåìîãî öèòîçîëüíûì ó÷àñòêîì ìîëåêóëû[9][10].
Êëèíè÷åñêîå çíà÷åíèå
Äåôåêòû ýòîãî ãåíà ïðèâîäÿò ê òÿæ¸ëîìó èììóíîäåôèöèòó[11][12]. Êðîìå ýòîãî, ãåí CD3E ñâÿçàí ñ ÷óâñòâèòåëüíîñòüþ ê äèàáåòó 1-ãî òèïà ó æåíùèí[13].
Âçàèìîäåéñòâèÿ
CD3E âçàèìîäåéñòâóåò ñ áåëêîì TOP2B[14], CD3EAP[15] è NCK2.[16].
