Ïîëíûé êîìïëåêñ âêëþ÷àåò ñîáñòâåííî ãåòåðîäèìåð GP Ib èç äâóõ ïîëèïåïòèäíûõ öåïåé: àëüôà-öåïè GP1BA è áåòà-öåïè GP1BB, ñîåäèí¸ííûõ äèñóëüôèäíîé ñâÿçüþ, à òàêæå íåêîâàëåíòíî-àññîöèèðîâàííûå ãëèêîïðîòèíû IX è V. Êîìïëåêñ ôóíêöèîíèðóåò êàê ðåöåïòîð ôàêòîðà ôîí Âèëëåáðàíäà[5]. Ìóòàöèè GP1BA ïðèâîäÿò ê ñèíäðîìó Áåðíàðà-Ñóëüå è áîëåçíè ôîí Âèëëåáðàíäà.
