CD74 (àíãë. HLA class II histocompatibility antigen gamma chain; HLA-DR antigens-associated invariant chain) — ìåìáðàííûé áåëîê, ó÷àñòâóþùèé â ôóíêöèîíèðîâàíèè èììóííîé ñèñòåìû, ïðîäóêò ãåíà ÷åëîâåêà CD74[1][2]. Ó÷àñòâóåò â ôîðìèðîâàíèè è òðàíñïîðòå êîìïëåêñà MHC êëàññ II[3].

Ôóíêöèè
Áåëîê èãðàåò êëþ÷åâóþ ðîëü â MHC êëàññ II-çàâèñèìîì ïðîöåññèðîâàíèè àíòèãåíà ïóò¸ì ñòàáèëèçàöèè áåñïåïòèäíîãî àëüôà/áåòà ãåòåðîäèìåðà MHC II â êîìïëåêñå ñðàçó ïîñëå ñèíòåçà ïîñëåäíåãî. Áåëîê îáåñïå÷èâàåò íàïðàâëåííûé òðàíñïîðò MHC II êîìïëåêñà îò ýíäîïëàçìàòè÷åñêîãî ðåòèêóëóìà äî ýíäîñîìàëüíî-ëèçîñîìàëüíîé ñèñòåìû, ãäå ïðîèñõîäèò ïðîöåññèðîâàíèå àíòèãåíà è ñâÿçûâàíèå àíòèãåííîãî ïåïòèäà ñ MHC II. CD74 òàêæå ÿâëÿåòñÿ ïîâåðõíîñòíûì ðåöåïòîðîì äëÿ öèòîêèíà MIF.
