Ãèñòîíäåàöåòèëàçà 9 (àíãë. Histone deacetylase 9) — ôåðìåíò, êîäèðóåìûé ó ÷åëîâåêà ãåíîì HDAC9[5][6][7].

Ôóíêöèÿ
Ãèñòîíû èãðàþò âàæíåéøóþ ðîëü â ðåãóëÿöèè òðàíñêðèïöèè, êëåòî÷íîãî öèêëà è ïðîöåññîâ ðàçâèòèÿ. Àöåòèëèðîâàíèå/äåàöåòèëèðîâàíèå ãèñòîíîâ èçìåíÿåò ñòðóêòóðó õðîìîñîì è âëèÿåò íà äîñòóï ôàêòîðîâ òðàíñêðèïöèè ê ÄÍÊ. Áåëîê, êîäèðóåìûé ýòèì ãåíîì èìååò ãîìîëîãèþ ïîñëåäîâàòåëüíîñòè ñ ÷ëåíàìè ñåìåéñòâà ãèñòîíäåçàöåòèëàçû. Ýòîò ãåí îðòîëîãè÷åí ãåíàì Xenopus è MITR ìûøè. Áåëêó MITR íåäîñòà¸ò êàòàëèòè÷åñêîãî äîìåíà ãèñòîíäåçàöåòèëàçû. Îí ïîäàâëÿåò àêòèâíîñòü MEF2 ïîñðåäñòâîì ðåêðóòèðîâàíèÿ ìíîãîêîìïîíåíòíûõ êîðåïðåññîðíûõ êîìïëåêñîâ, êîòîðûå âêëþ÷àþò CtBP è HDAC(û). Ýòî êîäèðóåìûé áåëîê ìîæåò èãðàòü ðîëü â êðîâåòâîðåíèè. Íåñêîëüêî àëüòåðíàòèâíûõ âàðèàíòîâ ñïëàéñèíãà áûëè îïèñàíû äëÿ ýòîãî ãåíà, íî â ïîëíûé ìåðå õàðàêòåð íåêîòîðûõ èç íèõ íå áûë îïðåäåë¸í[7].
