Ôóíêöèè
Îòíîñèòñÿ ê ñåìåéñòâó ñåðèí/òðåîíèíîâûõ ïðîòåèíêèíàç. Ñïîñîáíà àêòèâèðîâàòü êàê ERK1/2, òàê è p38 MAP êèíàçû[8][9]. Àêòèâèðóåò IB êèíàçó è òàêèì îáðàçîì ó÷àñòâóåò â ïðîäóêöèè NF-B. MAP3K8 òàêæå ñòèìóëèðóåò ïðîäóêöèþ TNF è èíòåðëåéêèíà 2 â ïðîöåññå àêòèâàöèè T-ëèìôîöèòîâ.
Âçàèìîäåéñòâèÿ
MAP3K8 âçàèìîäåéñòâóåò ñ AKT1,[10] CHUK,[11] NFKB2,[12] NFKB1,[12][13] C22orf25 [14] è TNIP2.[15].
