TNFRSF10B âõîäèò â ìíîãî÷èñëåííîå íàäñåìåéñòâî ðåöåïòîðîâ ôàêòîðîâ íåêðîçà îïóõîëè (TNFR). ßâëÿåòñÿ ðåöåïòîðîì äëÿ ëèãàíäà öèòîòîêñè÷íîñòè TNFSF10 (TRAIL). Àäàïòåðíûé áåëîê FADD ðåêðóòèðóåò êàñïàçó-8 ê àêòèâèðîâàííîìó ðåöåïòîðó, ÷òî ïðèâîäèò ê àêòèâàöèè êàñïàçû-8 è èíèöèèðóåò ïîñëåäóþùèé êàñïàçíûé êàñêàä, ïðèâîäÿùèé ê àïîïòîçó êëåòêè. Êðîìå ýòîãî, ðåöåïòîð àêòèâèðóåò ôàêòîð òðàíñêðèïöèè NF-kB.
Ñòðóêòóðà
Áåëîê ñîñòîèò èç 440 àìèíîêèñëîò, ìîëåêóëÿðíàÿ ìàññà — 47,9 êÄà. Ïîñëå ñîçðåâàíèÿ è îòùåïëåíèÿ ñèãíàëüíîãî ïåïòèäà îñòà¸òñÿ 385 àìèíîêèñëîò. N-êîíöåâîé âíåêëåòî÷íûé äîìåí ñîäåðæèò 3 ïîâòîðà TNFR-Cys, ïîâòîð TAPE è DEATH-äîìåí. Êðîìå ýòîãî, äîìåí ñîäåðæèò äî 7 âíóòðèìîëåêóëÿðíûõ äèñóëüôèäíûõ ñâÿçåé.
ßâëÿåòñÿ ãîìîòðèìåðîì[àíãë.], âçàèìîäåéñòâóåò ñ áåëêàìè TRADD è RIPK1. Âçàèìîäåéñòâóåò ñ FADD[1][2], TRAIL[3][4][5], êàñïàçîé 10[àíãë.][1][6] è êàñïàçîé 8[1][6].
