Ãëþêîêîðòèêîèäíûå ðåöåïòîðû ñòèìóëèðóþò COUP-TFII îïîñðåäîâàííóþ òðàíñàêòèâàöèÿ ãåíîâ, à ñàì COUP-TFII ïîäàâëÿåò òðàíñêðèïöèîííóþ àêòèâíîñòü ãëþêîêîðòèêîèäíûõ ðåöåïòîðîâ[5][6]. COUP-TFII âçàèìîäåéñòâóåò ñ GATA2, ïðåïÿòñòâóÿ äèôôåðåíöèðîâêè àäèïîöèòîâ[7].
