Personality. I am a personality first and a Wikipedian second. I help Wikipedia out of the goodness of my heart. It's my hobby, not my job. I think my individuality should not have to be left at the door to do that, and I happen to think I do a bang-up job for society.
Individual space. I think the chance to have a little bit of individual space is something even heartless corporations allow in their employee in their soulless cubicles. I think userboxes are not silly, excluding such stupid things as user's pets and D&D alignments, and I consider that it gives users a good feeling to identify common interests.
Content and my wiki-philosophy. I'm inclusionist and eventualist but I don't like when people are running to extremes:
in writing articles about all Pokemon creatures
and even more -- in such sticking labels on everybody.
Controversies. I believe that a good argument should always outweigh one, or even several, poorly or just unmotivated votes or posts. I believe that all polling is not always equitable except when electing wikiofficials.
